About Anungoo 

Anungoo Bayarsaikhan (Anu) was born in Mongolia and moved to New Zealand when she was 5 yrs old, her circus career began in 2015 at FlipnFly Circus School at the age of 9. Over the years Anu has developed experience in many circus acts.

She also has a broad background in dance, varying from ballet, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical and acro, in addition Anu has experience in Rhythmic gymnastics at a competitive level. 

Anu has competed in the Australian Circus Festival in Sydney twice, in 2017 with solo straps in the youth division and was awarded with 1st place, and in 2019 Anu was also awarded first place in the teen division with her swinging trapeze act. 

Anu also has experience performing in corporate events, such as handbalancing at the Cordis Hotel, Pullman Hotel and the Spark Arena and aerial silks at the Viaduct Event Centre. She has also performed her handbalancing, silks and lyra with the FlipnFly performance class at the Splore Festival in 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Anu has performed for the last 7 years at SkyCity Theatre as a part of the FlipnFly performance class with solos and group acts as listed above. Anu's greatest passion is performing; she aspires to inspire and share her love for circus and the arts.
